What we need from you
Four things get a quote right the first time. The delivery address, because distance moves the delivery line and a run out to Scio 27.9 miles east prices differently from one in Tecumseh 7.8 miles northeast. The dates, since duration is the single biggest lever on unit price. The headcount or expected attendance, which sets how many units and how often they are serviced. And what the site looks like underfoot, because a 44 by 48 inch cabin still needs firm level ground and a route a truck can use.
If you are not sure what to order, say what the job is and we will size it. The rental checklist covers the questions worth settling before you call.
What we will quote back
Four lines, named separately: the unit, the delivery, the service schedule and the pickup. Nothing folded together, so you can see where the money goes. Service means a technician pumps the tank, restocks paper and sanitizer and cleans the interior, and the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline of one visit a week for up to 10 users across a 40 hour week is where we start before adjusting for real traffic. The porta potty rental cost page shows the working bands across the fleet if you want a figure before you call.

What you can order
The whole site rather than restrooms alone. Standard porta potty rental and deluxe flushable units cover most jobs, with ADA accessible units wherever the public is present, since ADA Standards 213.2 requires at least 5 percent of clustered units, and never fewer than one, to be accessible. Larger or more formal events step up to a restroom trailer. Around that we rent roll-off dumpsters, storage containers, temporary fence, light towers, handwashing stations and septic pumping. Putting the job on one delivery run is usually cheaper than ordering piecemeal.

Two things worth knowing before you book
Crew counts are not a matter of preference. OSHA 1926.51(c) sets one toilet facility for up to 20 workers, then one seat and one urinal per 40 as the crew grows, and the how many porta potties do I need guide turns that into a number. And where crews apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities, which under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) means soap and either towels or a dryer rather than sanitizer alone. That usually adds a portable sink to the order.
Placement on a street or in the public right of way needs confirming with the City of Clinton Township before delivery day. We will tell you the footprint and what the truck needs; the permit itself stays with the site owner unless the quote says otherwise. See porta potty permit requirements.

Prefer to talk it through?
Call the number on this site and you will get someone who can price the job and put it on the schedule in the same conversation. If it is easier to write, use the contact page. Questions that come up before most first orders are already answered on the FAQ, and about Clinton Township Porta Pros explains how we run the routes across Adrian, Raisin and the rest of the service areas.
